The big doula package covers most needs, but it is always possible to purchase additional services.

Doula visit

You will receive nine private doula visits during your pregnancy of approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours duration incl. 3x2 hour birth preparation.

My experience and guidance to make informed decisions for you as a pregnant and giving birth.

You will get my essential advice about the very first time right after the birth. Guidance on breastfeeding so you get off to a good start together.

Each child is individual. The fact that a mother has breastfed one or more siblings is no guarantee of problem-free breastfeeding. However, you can mostly find a good solution and the way to good breastfeeding.

Maternity

You get 3 postpartum visits in the first period after the birth. You can see here what Postpartum for example can be.

Here you get advice on breastfeeding, breastfeeding and care for your postpartum body.

Rebozo massage

6 weeks after birth, I recommend and give 1 x closing rebozo if you want this.

Reflexology 

I am trained in reflexology, specializing in pregnancy and childbirth. 

​

Phone/text & email contact 

Phone/text & email contact around the clock during your term period. I recommend that you check in with me every few days from your 37th week of pregnancy and let me know how you are doing.

Thought field therapy

I often use thought field therapy as a fantastic tool to support the pregnant woman. It is a tool that can to that extent ease past traumas that are in the body, as well as anxiety and self-esteem problems.

Fertility Chocolate Drink 

Homemade chocolate drink, with spices that promote birth, promotes the contraction of the uterus, both during and after birth, etc. Consuming chocolate with a cacao percentage of over 75 reduces muscle damage during hard physical work. like a birth, and promotes the recovery of muscle tissue, 

Birth

I am on call for your birth from week 37 until you give birth.

When signs of labor begin to appear, you contact me so that I can get ready to leave for you.

​

You have my full presence throughout the birth and until the baby is born.

I will only leave you when, if possible, breastfeeding is underway and when you feel ready.

I give you care and support with the option of pain-relieving massage, 

Reflexology and acupressure which stimulate and strengthen your body's resources.

I help you to make your wishes and dreams heard, in a forum where the focus is often on the baby and not the mother. I am your lawyer in the situation if you wish and I am there for you so that you can enjoy your birth.

I support you as the birthing partner and your partner in your roles, which we discuss earlier in the process, and I sense with my experience when I need to increase or decrease one or the other.

I can guide and help the birth partner to be in the role he or she wants, by, among other things, supporting the partner in doing a gentle rebozo massage or something else. If you need a rebozo massage along the way, you will get it, and I will guide you to positions that can promote birth right where you are.

I often use oils that can help with the opening, vee strengthening, relaxing and invigorating oils etc.

I am with you during the entire birth, regardless of length, midwife shift and place of birth.

Belly binding

I help teach you belly binding after birth, which provides a lot of support both physically and mentally.

​

Placenta caps

If you wish, I will take your placenta with me and make placenta capsules from it for you to take afterwards to reduce mood swings, promote breastfeeding, promote contraction of the uterus, reduce bleeding, strengthen your iron stores and much more. this is incl. in the doula package. (DKK 1,995)

NOTE: On the invoice, VAT is only charged on the birth. This is because the rest goes as tuition, which is not eligible for VAT.
